Grozet – 5%
The most convivial of ales” as described (and often imbibed) by ‘The Bard’ himself has become the adopted beer of the bohemian vagabonds of the Scottish arts scene. A Pale golden brew, that is cold stored with gooseberries to deliver a sharp refreshing drinking experience.
Alba – 7.5%
A traditional Highland recipe, popular in Northern Scotland until the end of the 19th Century. This “triple” style ale is spiced with sprigs of spruce and pine, harvested in the spring and brewed with only a small token handful of hops . Break out the goblets and pour with abandon. Rich, tawny and best enjoyed at Room temperature.
Harvest Sun – 3.9%
This is a straight up, honest, working man’s ale; brewed to quench the thirst and revive the spirit. Pours a straw gold with a pleasant citrus aroma that gives way to a balanced and satisfying bitter finish.
Stravaigin – 6.4%
Still water Artisanal’s “Gypsy” brewer, Brian Strumke, from Baltimore USA, is a personal friend and college of the Williams Brotherhood, the style philosophy of our beer is similar. We have collaborated to produce a Scottish Croft Ale combining our interpretation of local ingredients, inc. Heather, Bog Myrtle & Gooseberries along with the Still water Saison/farmhouse yeasts.
Prodigal Sun – 4.1%
Prodigal Sun is a delicate, fruity and aromatic blonde beer: A hot mash, copious amounts of ‘New World’ hops and some fresh picked spruce shoots, combine to create a beer which punches way above its weight.
