    I have only recently started brewing from a kit and have now tried 2 different ones.
    Although both okay, i did find the Wherry easier to produce and it tasted smoother. The Tom Caxton took longer to ferment yet didn’t last as long. The Wherry was less fussy and lasted a good 4 weeks over Christmas.(just).

    What are your experiences with these Kits?
